On, Friday April 24th, we are hosting a one-night event at Huber's Plantation Hall that will feature a dinner with a prominent speaker as well as a silent auction. This will not only be the largest single fundraising event in the history of New Albany Little League, but it will be a chance for the business leaders that support Little League teams to meet with volunteers that have sustained baseball in this community for over 60 years. Coaches and players that have taken the life lessons they learned in Little League to make a difference in the community will get a chance to meet back together in one location to kick off "TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK".

We will kick-off the capital campaign for (7) new fields that will allow both baseball and softball to have a safe place to play for generations to come. Our basic goal of the New Albany Little League has remained the same; to give the children of New Albany a healthy activity that teaches sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork—lessons that they can use later in life to become good citizens.

We are asking that local businesses help support these efforts by generously donating an item or gift to our silent auction. Donated items may include gift baskets, gift certificates, single gift items, or professional services. If you are able to support the efforts by providing donations for our silent auction or interested in any level of corporate sponsorship, please contact Ruth Heideman at (502) 649-9559 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. As a way of showing our appreciation to each business that partners with us for this event, your company will be listed as a donor at the auction tables and will be recognized in a thank you ad placed in all local newspapers.

Thank you for your consideration of becoming a part of the team. Your support is crucial to our success. We look forward to seeing you on April 24, 2015!
